I am a homeowner because of the team at Soler Realty. My family worked with Dariel and Marcus who gave us hope that home ownership was possible. This was a journey I would do again with our team if needed in the future. If there ever was a time where we wanted/needed understanding, more discussion, and extra call or zoom, professional opinion, etc- we got it. I Say this with the full understanding that I was anxious to leave my former abode and probably rushed ahead in ways that put pressure on the team and my family. I'd say our anxiety was handled with care and professionalism at all times. I appreciated that we could be honest, push back when we felt it was needed, inquire about the strategies to get us into a home we wanted, and the recommendations for accompanying services in the process of home ownership! They truly have a team that can handle your needs (i.e. inspector, electrician, etc.) All-in-all, I would recommend Soler Realty. I was taught about the process along the way, had my questions answered, and got the home we wanted in our "slice" of THE BRONX!

I had the opportunity to speak with Marcus Soler when I was dealing with a very difficult situation regarding my primary place of residence. Marcus and everyone he works with at his real estate company was very patient, kind, courteous, and compassionate.
